Maven Realty Ventures is led by Max Chopovsky, 20-year veteran of the commercial real estate industry who has negotiated over $500 million in real estate transactions over his career.

Max started his career in GE’s leadership program, where he earned his Six Sigma green belt. Having earned his stripes in the cutthroat world of office tenant representation with global services provider Cushman & Wakefield, Max is no stranger to doing whatever it takes to seek out the right opportunity and to bring each project successfully across the finish line.

In 2010, Max was one of the youngest real estate professionals to earn the coveted CCIM designation, requiring years of study across disciplines, a portfolio submission of qualifying activities, and a comprehensive examination.

In 2012, Max launched Chicago Creative Space, a venture highlighting the city’s most innovative offices with video. In the CCS Ethos event series, he moderated panels of leading CEOs discussing their experiences leveraging real estate to support company culture. Industry service providers advertised with CCS to showcase their services to an ever-growing audience. The venture culminated with the Chicago Creative Space Awards, which recognized the most innovative offices in the city and was attended by hundreds of Chicago executives and creatives.
